Yesterday I went to the wrong theater thinking I had bought it for Santikos Silverado. I had bought ticket online for Northwest,
I was able to get refund and buy a ticket for the theater where I was. Very helpful!
The not taking cash part is a bit upsetting. Some people may not have banks or cash in the account but have cash on hand.
Getting your own popcorn, the seats are comfortable
I only ever go to Santikos movie theaters. Like the commercials at the start of each film say, when you support Santikos, you’re supporting your own community. I love the mission of the brand and for me, it’s the obvious choice.
