I love you guys. Experience is always pretty solid. The two employees I interacted with were very nice and helpful. First time having your pretzel and it was delicious. Only complaint is your app, it used to be much more user friendly. Now I have to go online to order tickets. Not very convenient. Happy to have you guys as my local theater chain.

It has more of a hometown theater feel than AMC. The Mooresville location is always clean and the staff are friendly.

We came to Panama City Beach for a month and saw the movie Shelter at this theatre. The theatre is beautiful, the price for the show was ok at $10.00 per ticket and popcorn and pop combo was out of line as far as cost...

I wish I could remember his name but there was a guy that helped me at the customer service desk figure out my points.I've earned and how many I needed to get a free ticket.And what I could buy to earn those kind of points like a popcorn or a drink. I had one small concern. He asked another gentleman behind the counter. I assumed a management, and he immediately fixed my concern.

We had an issue at a screening of "Iron Lung" where the audio was incredibly low in the theater we were in. Additionally, our two seats did not recline whatsoever.
We were contacted by the Theater Director, who immediately asked questions to identify the issues and to address them. Bradley went above and beyond to not only take care of the theater but to ensure that we would return as movie-goers. Thank you!

Buying tickets online is so easy and convenient. The seats are comfortable and spacious. The check in process is quick and easy. I love the movie selection, although I don't see EPIC by Baz Lurman offered. I would love to see that movie. Please try to get that movie to show. Thank you.
