We had bought tickets and 1 1/2 before the showing we had to cancel due to a family emergency. Requested the cancelled and refund, and within minutes refund was back in my account. Been using Santikos for years now..

When we got to our seats yesterday, one wasn’t working. I went to the concessions area and the girl got someone in there before I got sat back in my seat. It took maybe 30 seconds to resolve. Definitely top tier service.

The seats are comfortable and recline. I also love the swivel rest in front of me to hold my food items. Staff was friendly, purchasing tickets was easy, prices are very enticing and affordable. I wish the fountain drink cups were larger to hold more volume bc I always get popcorn and drink but having to get up mid movie to refill my drink is not enjoyable bc I have try to select a time to leave in a hurry for refill with out missing any good parts of the movie based on what’s happening at the time of said “need for refill”. The price is comparable to other theaters for a large drink, just need the actual cup to be an actual “Large” not a medium by today’s standards.other than that I love Santikos theaters and my experience there. I wish your locations had hot nacho cheese pumps vs the peel back cups, I dislike those peel back small cups mostly bc the taste isn’t as good as the pumped nacho cheese like regal cielo vista has. Thats my experience and suggestion, thank you for the very great experiences at affordable prices before 6pm.
