The staff was very attentive. Due to a recent injury, we were utilizing the handicapped row for the very first time in our lives. We were unsure whether we would be amenable to the experience from that row, which is much closer to the screen. After we purchased our tickets, a staff member followed us to our seats to ascertain the suitability of the seats for us. It turned out, they were fine and we stayed and enjoyed the feature but it felt like a very personal level of attention. We noticed and we appreciated it

Love the popcorn and the drinks. I love the deal days and the overall feel of the theater. I think the seats need a deep cleaning and some need new leather badly.
On another note the IMAX theater seems to be lacking the real IMAX feel. Whenever I attend them it is for convience of time rather than the quality upgrade because in all honesty it appears to only have a louder speaker which is not always invited. The screen needs a real rework or replacement. I think I even saw where the top right of the IMAX screen was tattered or torn.
Despite my feelings towards some of the theaters qualities. This is my favorite theater i have been to primarily because of the quality of the popcorn and the drinks. The syrup to carbonation quality is perfect. And the sizes are perfect *I only order the mega deal 2 large drinks and large popcorn. The popcorn is always fresh tasting. It never leaves a stale taste in your mouth. I am not sure how I feel about the cups of seasonings yet because they do not allow controlled sprinkling of the salt.
Hope you guys stay open and improve on some of your down falls.
