Buying tickets online not having to show my ticket to anyone to prove I bought anything. Just them checking the ticket and telling me where to go. Also serving alcohol is so cool lol! My husband loves that.

The Grand in Hattiesburg is fantastic! Everyone there does a great job especially Chris, up front. My family and I go to The Grand every couple of weeks. We will be back this weekend for Clayface! Thank y'all for keeping the movie theater experience alive in our area!
The place was empty. No required kids times. Etc. it's very convenient. Just buy tickets online and walk in. Grab your snacks. Sit down enjoy and leave lol.

I love going there. The seats are comfortable and I love having access to my own popcorn and drinks. It makes everything way more efficient.

I like the ability to pre-order the tickes online and pick my seat. If i might suggest just one change - If my movie is at 4:00 and I arrive at 3:45 to order food for seat delivery, it gets denied because we're within the 15 minute window. Normally the movie wont start until 4:15, and I almost always sit in the back row. I do like the theater clean look and smell since it converted to Santiko's.
The location is easy to get to, the workers were friendly, and the venue was clean.
We like using the app to secure our seats ahead of time and the refillable concessions. Also the charitable acts of Santikos.
We love the Mayan Theater and have always had great experiences there. Unfortunately, we had a disappointing experience this past Thursday when we went to see *Street Fighter*, a movie my son was really excited about.
We purchased the Street Fighter arcade popcorn bucket and cup, along with an additional soda and two slices of supreme pizza.
We've ordered the pizza many times before and have always enjoyed it. However, this time, the pizza was very disappointing. It looked as though two slices of pepperoni pizza had been topped with a small handful of supreme toppings, placed right in the center rather than spread evenly across the slices. Unfortunately, the pizza didn't look very appetizing, and it didn't taste very good either.
My husband even took pictures because he was so surprised by how the pizza looked. He was hesitant to bring it to a manager's attention because he didn't want to complain about the food.
I do want to emphasize that this is the only negative experience we've had at the Mayan Theater. We genuinely enjoy coming here and look forward to our visits. I'm glad to have the opportunity to share our experience, as I hope this feedback will help ensure the food quality remains consistent.

Great movie selection and a great concern for the military by honoring their service on Military Mondays. The staff members are engaging and always helpful. Keep up the great work!

Customer service, screens and building are great
Theater is always clean and I like the updates that they have done. There's only two negative things that stand out. When you're filling up your ICEES there's no table to set it down so you can put your items down so you can put the lid on and stuff. Especially when there's a lot of people. The fabric on the reclining chairs is all peeling up. If you're wearing shorts it can stick to you . Other than that, everybody's always nice and it always seems to be pretty clean and we've been coming here for years and will continue to.
