Everything! It’s just exactly what a movue theater should be.
We had issues on our last visit to The Grand Threatre. We received a survey from Santikos regarding our theatre experience and we responded with our concerns. Theatre Manager, Christopher Appel, responded almost immediately. He said he would address our concerns and offered passes for a future visit. We are looking forward to our future visit to The Grand theatre. Mr. Appel provided outstanding customer service.

I love going to Santikos theater. They have great deals on Tuesdays and they are always clean. The staff is always helpful and I appreciate how efficient they are when I’m purchasing snacks.

Although my seat was broken. I kind of like staff service . Those’d kids put smile to make your day. Popcorn was bad , salty more than usual.
