I liked the ease of getting tickets at the mobile app, kiosk & at the counter. Everyone is very friendly & really listen to my needs. They always ask if I have rewards that I can use. Very friendly & active to customer needs.

The price on Tuesday, the staff was friendly, theater was clean as well as the bathroom, the seats are nice. I do wish all theaters had the heated seats.

Theatre was nice and clean. Temperature was a little too cold inside the actual theatre. I consider Santikos my theatre of choice and go frequently to see movies. The one complaint that I do have is that the movies are not always listed on the website for the New Braunfels Santikos location. I do not understand why this is. In fact, I checked today for the movie, You, Me and Tuscany and it is not listed as a coming soon movie for New Braunfels. It is listed for Cibolo but not New Braunfels. There have been times in the past where a particular movie has not been listed on-line as showing at the New Braunfels location but it was showing. Our group, who wanted to see it, missed going because it was not listed and we thought it was no longer showing. Disappointed to say the least. I told the people behind the counter about it. They seemed surprised but I doubt that anything was done or checked.
