I have used Zerorez for about 7 years and have had excellent results with getting any and all stains out of my carpet. Ed the technician does an amazing job as well as being friendly and having me check his work to see if all the spots were removed. Ed has also cleaned the grout in the tile in both bathrooms, kitchen, breakfast nook, and laundry room and he has cleaned couch, loveseat, recliner, 2 queen Anne chairs, dining room chairs, and throw rugs. Zerorez cleans and sanitizes with their Powered Water eliminating the need for harsh soap. This process is completely safe for pets and kids and eliminates GERMS.

No chemicals are left in the carpet. Specific treatments are optional and Ed explained in detail the purpose of each. He took his time and did a thorough job in all rooms, hallways, and steps.

The carpet dries faster than other carpet cleaning companies. It got stains out that I didn’t think would come out and my carpet continues to look really nice.

The technician was quick and courteous. While the pet treatment costs are noted ahead of time on the web site as an additional cost on the day of the service the amount of that cost is still a shock being that much higher; doubling the cost of the service.
