Been using zerorez for five years now. In that time, I think we’ve had terrifies different techs come out for the last 10 or so times that we’ve used them and been happy with every one of them. Having Justin come out yesterday, for the first time at our house, I was very impressed. He was very courteous, meticulous, and diligent. He explained the different services that he was using very well, and then also offered some other things, that I wasn’t familiar with and explained how they could help if I so choose to use them.

I liked that technician throughly explained everything to me. He was very sweet and honest. Was not pushy about selling me anything was only recommending based off what was best for our carpets.

The gentleman that performed our tile and grout cleaning was on time and friendly. He did an excellent job and was very thorough. The end results were pretty amazing! I didn’t know what color our grout was in our newly purchased home. Our floors look brand new! I’m truly impressed!!
