Ed is a fantastic technician. He communicates about arrival time, expectations for carpet cleanliness and tips to maintain the life of the carpet and treat stains in between. He is never pushy and we are able to discuss all options to meet my budget.

I like that the product is not a harsh chemical! I get excited when I make an appointment with Zerorez!! My carpets never looked better !!!

Been using zerorez for five years now. In that time, I think we’ve had terrifies different techs come out for the last 10 or so times that we’ve used them and been happy with every one of them. Having Justin come out yesterday, for the first time at our house, I was very impressed. He was very courteous, meticulous, and diligent. He explained the different services that he was using very well, and then also offered some other things, that I wasn’t familiar with and explained how they could help if I so choose to use them.
