We were happy with the carpet cleaning but wished they wore some shoe protectors in the house. The hardwood floors were tracked up pretty bad.

Ed was fantastic! This is third time I have him come and service my Mom’s carpet. He is always thorough and informative. He always ask about the nature of the spots and provides recommendations.
He recommended an appt remover for a particular spot and stated if it didn’t come out then it would be an extra charge. Well, the carpet looks amazing. I have been very please with the products and services with Zerorez. I just hate that my home state of Missouri doesn’t have Zerorez.
