I was very impressed with the honesty and professionalism. The extra time the technician took to explain the process, what could and could not be completely cleaned, and the care he took while in the home to make sure not to damage wall and door corners with the hoses. After the work was complete, the carpets looked almost new again. We had considered replacing them before having them cleaned but now we can delay that purchase because of how much better they look.

Fast yet thorough cleaning with little dry time compared to other similar products. Tech was friendly and explained the process clearly and knowledgeably, and the price absolutely cannot be beat.

Great job with cleaning our area rug, but especially the impressed with the result on the grout on our tile floors in the kitchen. The kitchen floor looked better than new.
