I have been using Zerorez for about 6 years and have never been disappointed. Ed Stiles has cleaned my carpets, throw rugs, grout in ceramic tiles in kitchen, laundry room, and both bathrooms, upholstery, Queen Anne chairs, dining room chairs, drapes, and duct work. Ed is professional and friendly and really works hard to give you the results you expect. The service is non-toxic, hypo-allergenic, and pet friendly. My son has asthma and he has never complained about the service. I highly recommend Zerorez.

He carefully assessed the shape/age/need of our kitchen tile and grout and provided me with additional education and recommendations. I had all my carpets cleaned. There were old stains from pervious owners pets and jut everyday tracking in dirt. I was amazed at the amount of hair and dirt that came from carpets that I had used a rental to clean before. Drying time was quicker and carpets feel soft under my feet. I will use again when needed.
