I love the fact that I can use your product between cleanings for mishaps with our puppy. The tech was so helpful and knowledgeable about the product, how it works, and made us feel secure about leaving him alone in our home. The services were amazing. I contacted the company after my initial cleaning because I could still smell urine in my hallway and around my couch. They retreated and recleaned my area at no cost. While there they did a level 2 cleaning and I can not be happier. The carpet is clean and even lying on it, you do not smell anything. He was in and out. Did not waste any time nor my time. He came in, examine each room he was to clean, walked me through step by step while explaining. Clean one area, stopped and call me to view the area before he went any father, ensuring I was going to be satisfied before completing the job. Explained to me why one area look a certain way and the other area did not. He was extremely thorough.
