Ed arrived on time and assessed the areas of carpet we needed cleaned. He was very careful in preparing to clean by putting down corner protectors so that the hoses did not rub the baseboards and/or sheetrock. The actual cleaning process goes fairly quickly and we loved the results! The carpet looks brand new again and we plan to have it cleaned yearly by Zerorez Huntsville for many years to come.

Excellent carpet cleaning, technician was very knowledgeable and helpful.

The technician was on time. He explained what he was doing. We had an odorous stain and other spots from our cat that he was able to clean so it doesn't smell bad.

This product cleans really good and doesn’t leave it saturated with water.
