Ed was very knowledgeable about cleaning carpets and pointed out cleaning expectations based on the age of our carpet. He recommended a product to treat cat spit up that has a 1 time expense. I also appreciated the corner guards that were used which protected the paint from the hose banging as it was dragged inside the house. Thank you!

What do you like about our products and services?

The cleaning is so much better than traditional cleaning methods. We have been using ZeroRez since we moved into our new house about six years ago, save for one time, that one time just showed me how much better they are.

I appreciate the phone calls about half an hour before they arrive, telling me they’re on their way and then they show up probably within the window to do their work and be on their way. Always professional and courteous.

I really appreciate the efficiency and professionalism of our technician, Ed. He did a great job explaining all the processes and products he used. The carpets and furniture looked great and were nearly dry by the time he left. This is our third year using Zerorez, so I would definitely recommend
