Fast, friendly & thorough
Zerorez has been a go-to carpet cleaning company. From the office staff to the carpet cleaner, I found them very professional. This is my second time using this company and will use them again.

Great cleaning of carpet with professional personnel
Last time I used you guys in my own home I feel like you did an awesome job and were able to get all stains/marks out with no problem at all, and it felt so clean afterward! I don’t know if it’s because I wasn’t present for the cleaning at my rental property 6207 Daydream Way, but it honestly doesn’t look any cleaner than it was:/, and looks like it was just vacuumed, and feels like it was sprayed with hairspray… certain areas are more country than others and it’s just kind of gross feeling and smelling. Plus, it really wasn’t that dirty to begin with, I would say it was very comparable to my house that I had you guys do 2 years ago. I’m bummed because I have another cleaning set up at my own house here in the next week, 2908 Maplewood Way but I’m pretty sure I’m going to cancel it just because I really don’t feel like a good job was done this time and these carpets are just crunchy and nasty. :( I hope that makes sense!
Carpets were done yesterday around 2:30 - 3:30 pm. We were told they would be dry in 6 -7 hours and parts of them are still damp. When that much water is used it goes into the pad and then stains keep coming up. What Exactly is ZEAROREZ anyway?
They were on time and very thorough, all though it’s been way over 24 hours and, I still have wet spots on some of my carpet. Other than that they look good and are still soft.
My carpets look like their new. The cleaner did an amazing job with my pet stains. Will use Zerorez again. No worries.

Ian did the best job I have ever seen done cleaning my carpets and tile floors. I was in a rental property, and did not know that the grout in between the tiles was actually white until after he had cleaned it! Pretty gross, but pretty awesome that he was able to clean it so well! My kids had smashed berries into the carpet, spilled chocolate milk, paint and even colored on some spots with markers. Ian left and it looked like brand new carpets were installed! I could not be happier. Thank you so much!
