Carpets are very clean!

I like the fact that you don't use soaps and harsh detergents. Just really hot water. I have been happy with Zero Rez for over 11 years. I used your service also at our previous home. Thank you, my carpets look brand new again and they are 11 years old.

WHEN SCHEDULING MY APPOINTMENT, NOTHING WAS SAID ABOUT A "WINDOW" OF NOON TO 2:00PM---NOT UNTIL I CALLED THE COMPANY WHEN IT WAS EXPLAINED TO ME. I WAS FRUSTRADED AT THE BEGINNING.

Tech was a little strange. But great cleaning.
Employee kept hounding me to come early and two min after he arrived , asked to use my bathroom. He had no personality. Seemed to be doing the job until we were out of sight and then quickly said he was all finished with the other two rugs when there was no way he could have. I was very uncomfortable having him there

Arrived on time. Fast polite and my carpets look great. The nine is because I thought the service included one hallway. I didn’t realize until after he left that it was not done
The only issue I had with them was with the lady taking the order. She apparently was on a cell phone and was partially breaking up and hard to understand at times. They scheduled between 2 and 4 and called earlier in the day to reschedule to 12-2 which was great. The technician called about 12:40 and said he was on the way. He showed up at 1:00 and after showing him the rooms he got right to work and was done at 1:45. He did a great job and all of the spots on the carpet, which I did not think would come out, were gone. I am very pleased with their work and would not hesitate to recommend them and used them again.
