The technician, Zack, did a great job getting some really dirty traffic patterns cleaned up and looking better. He offered several options for different areas in our home and went the extra mile to do a good job while staying within our budget.

Ian and Zach were professional, friendly, explained what would be done, placed wall corner guards wherever the hoses might rub and completed the cleaning in a timely manner. They explained drying time and how to speed it up and when it would be okay to move furniture back into position.
Our rugs are nice and clean and almost completely dry and virtually flat again...in another day we expect them to be back to "normal".
We have a cat and they did the rug in his room first so it would be dry by the time they finished.

Quick and efficient service
My carpets look great when the Tech is finished. He always makes an effort to make them look good.
The technician came on the early side of the window , time to do carpets was quick and carpets really got clean. Technician was polite and seemed knowledgeable.
The reason it is not a 10 as it took almost 32 hours to dry even with overhead fans on and there was a sticky residue that tracked all over and not easy to get off the other tiled floors.
We like your service and cleaning process. Carpets seem to take a long time to dry before replacing furniture.
