Our carpets look SO good after being cleaned by ZeroRez. We first started using ZeroRez a few years ago when no one else was able to get a stain out of our carpet. We think it was a stain from our dog who was sick.
Zero Rez cleaned our carpet and THAT STAIN WAS GONE.
Also, their don't seem to use harsh chemicals. There is never any after odors.

Did not like the surprise of additional charges when the bill was submitted. I had 2rooms with a small area of pee from a3 year old on the floor. $30.00 per room was more than expected

Taking walks with the high heated days made me have black sole shoes from crossing streets
and pavements. Whatever Zerorez uses for stains worked very well on my carpet.
I no longer wear any outside shoes on my carpet and that will help me keep it looking good
for a long time.

I've used Zerorez for a number of years, and my personal feeling is that my carpets are cleaner than when any other business has done them. And I love that they are able to extract so much water from them, it doesn't take them long to dry.
My initial call quoted a much lower price than I was charged at the cleaning.
I would love to be credited on my card $40.
I also think moving bigger pieces of furniture could be offered for an optional cost. We had you in several years ago and the bed was lifted up for us. We did it all, but was difficult.
