The technician was on-time, very professional and seemed genuinely interested in doing a good job. The carpets dried quickly and look great, and feel very soft. We will call Zerorez the next time we arrange carpet cleaning.

Because there was only one technician, it took almost 2 hours to clean 4 bedrooms and a walk in closet. The carpets took almost 24 hours to dry. The odor from the cleaning was almost commercial- my house smelled like a hotel and didn't smell fresh. The $20 water fee should have been included in the price per room. I feel like I was 'nickeled and dimed' which isn't very professional.

First time we have used Zerorez, seemed to good a good job but our area was fairly small at this time. Also did our recliner and it seems quite clean. We will keep Zerorez in mind when we need more area done. Thanks.

My carpets are brighter and smell fresh. It is also finished in a short amount of time. Jake was friendly, worked hard and knew what he was doing. The drying time was reasonable.

It appears your process has changed since 2017 and the results are not as good.

Jake was my technician, he did a great job! The carpets look really good and he was very personable and professional. He was on time and he was in and out in about one hour. I have been using Zero Rez for a long time and I am very pleased with the service and the employees who are sent to do the job. Yes I will let my friends and acquaintances what I think of ZeroRez. Please do not share my name as I am not wanting any unwanted calls. Thank You and tell Jake I am really happy about the job he did for me. I could not have picked a better day for drying my carpets were dry in less time as the weather was so nice that I could open the windows and let the ceiling fans run. GREAT JOB!
