The carpets look incredible! That said, communication could be a little bit better.
We were just cleaning up after a two-month stay in our son's condo. Ian came in at the last minute, was cheerful, efficient and fast. And, although it was the end of a long day, was willing without hesitation to do two extra rooms when we saw how well the first three turned out.
I got an appointment easily online at a convenient time. The technician let me know when he was 20 minutes away. He arrived exactly on time, did a great job, and the fee was precisely what was bid. Awesome work! I will be using your service again.
I have been using them fo years! This is a twice-a-year event at my bed and breakfast, Heller House Inn on Main. I always use Zerorez because it is clean when they leave, and there is no residue left to attract new dirt. They are also so accommodating.
No nasty harsh chemicals! My carpets stay cleaner, longer, because there is no soap residue!

It does an excellent job on carpets. The ones that provide the service are polite, knowledgeable, and want to do a good job. I am very satisfied every time they come to my house. I recommend this service. Also the house smells great when they are finished cleaning.
Friendlier customer service.
I appreciate that there’s no soap or residue that attracts more dirt after the cleaning is done (which has happened with other companies I’ve used). I’ve always had a great success with zerorez, I just wish it was a little more affordable so I could do it more often!
Our carpets are greatly clean
I am disappointed in the results and thought more time should have been spent on the edges of carpet and traffic areas. Worker called and told me he was running late which was not problem for me since I allowed for the time but was here less then one hour. He was polite but noth through in his work.

Technician seemed to be in a hurry and trying to get out of there as quickly as possible. Had some small areas that he quoted very high, and also cleaning bed mattresses he quoted 4x what we have paid in the past. Disappointed as this is the 4th year we have used Zerorez and worst experience yet. May look for other options next time.
I have used you several times in the past, but this time I was disappointed in the outcome. The tech was pleasant, but did not spend nearly as much time as others have done. Only less than an hour to do 3 1/2 rooms. When I said it seemed that some of the areas were still not clean, he told us he went over them and that was the best he could do> it is just two of us and no pets, he said maybe my carpet was just too old to get the traffic areas clean. Is 8 years too old? I don't know ,so maybe if he thought he could not get the carpet really clean he should have said up front the outcome might not be good. If he cleans lots of carpet everyday he would have some insight into how it looks and the outcome expected before he starts to work on it.
No soap, fast service, friendly
I was charged a $20.00 "water fee" that I was not made aware of when I ordered the service, or, when the carpet cleaner came out. Also, I told him that I had some dog pee in the master closet in one area and he said for $60.00 he will spray the carpet with, "enzyme" spray to remove the urine. I asked if that $60.00 was for all 4 rooms (closed and 3 bedrooms), and he said yes. When I opened the emailed receipt after he left, the $60.00 was for only 1 room. I would have cleaned it myself after he was done for that price. The last time Zerorez came out, the young gentleman put little plastic protectors on all the corner walls on the floor so the hose wouldn't scuff up the baseboard. This time, no such thing. He just kept flipping the hoses up in the air to pull more hose into the house from outside. He didn't bring in the hose, he pulled, tugged and flipped the hose up and down to cause a ripple in the hose to bring in a little more each time. This then rubbed against the baseboards also.
I don't feel he was nearly as professional as the last time we used Zerorez and I feel I was misled in the service I received vs. what I was quoted.
