I asked if my sofa needed the fabric treatment since my sofa is a performance fabric and the employee replied, I don’t know what a performance fabric is. 🤨

My service guy Ian was very good and worked hard getting the stains out of my carpet!
They actually put you on a cancellation list and call you if they can get you in earlier when they have a cancellation.
The high traffic area in the living room is not as clean as I had hoped.
It is looking better as it dries. He was done in record time.

name is Sterling ( I think) and he was incredible! He was extremely knowledgeable about the process and explained everything and asked if we had any further questions, and he did a fantastic job! I would definitely recommend Zero Rez to anyone, and we especially liked the technician that came to clean our carpets.

I received an appointment for the work needed the very next day and didn't have to wait. My service person was careful with his equipment and the corners to my rooms. He was prompt in getting to my home and I trusted the work he did! I have had Zerorez clean my carpets now for about three times and I highly recommend them to anyone.
On time. Called to come early. careful not to bang up the walls and corners. The carpets are very clean. They guys were very helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly I have used Zero for years and will keep using them.
I have been a customer for many years. I have never been disappointed. Ian and Noah did a wonderful job. They are very knowledgeable, competent, and friendly--explaining the process and giving explanations regarding my particular type of carpet. Love Zerorez!!! (I recommend it to everyone I know.)

This was my first time having a carpet cleaned. I thought that Ian did a good job and worked hard. I expected the carpets to be dry in 4-5 hours as advised. In fact, the carpets did not dry fully until after more than 30 hours. I vacuumed the carpet several times the next day. I have a vacuum with a water filter so I can see what is vacuumed up. Plenty of sand still came out of the carpet after cleaning. I would have liked an instruction to vacuum the carpet to get out this loosened dirt. Overall, this was a good experience and I have nothing to which to compare it since I have no experience.
