The technicians and their customer service first attitude.

The guys doing the cleaning were respectful and responsible. They had no trouble getting the job done correctly. I’m very happy with the service.

However, when I called to set up the appointment, the lady who took my call was not particularly helpful and did not tell me about the services correctly. For example, she said that you did not do stairs, which was not true.

The Tech took great care to use corner protectors so that the equipment didn't damage the corners. The job was done quickly.

Easy to schedule. Good job cleaning.

Sterling provided prompt and competent service. He cleaned and sealed about 1000 sq ft of burbber white carpet and tile, 50% area each, in about 3 hrs: explained thoroughly what he was to do and how to let it dry out for best effect. Zerorez needs to keep Sterling.

Well you are always on time. so far the service fellow is friendly and courteous. and listen to you. not in a hurry.. this house hold always since i have used zerorez all the furniture and loose items removed off the floor. this way clear sailing..I still feel price could be better.. Have a friend military marine going into the buiness next month..But I will at this time stay...Good Job***

I appreciate the work that the Zerorez representative did cleaning our carpet and tile! I do have trouble with his being asked by the company to re-measure the tile area after I was given a quote upon which I based my decision to use Zerorez. I stuck to the original agreement and Zerorez' rep was willing to accept that for which I was very thankful. Customers need to feel confident that the quotes they are given for the cost of the service is firm. I would use Zerorez in the future because the cleaning done was very good.
