The only complaint that I have is that it was supposed to dry in 3 to 4 hours and ours was still quite damp after more than 18 hours in some areas.

There is no residue left when I vacuum, I called Chen dry by accident and after it dried I had to call zerorez to get rid off the residue when it dried. The young man from ChemDry did an excellent job and zerorez should hire him

I loved when Josh worked for you ( I think that was his name)) he’s been gone over a year. I think all companies would be successful with people like him. I miss not having him clean for me, I had Jasper this last time and he really did a great job. Took his time and made sure the carpet was thoroughly cleaned. A real nice guy too! I love ZeroRez. I vacuumed my carpets the next day and there was so much dirt that came out of them. It was almost as if they were never cleaned. I took pictures of the amount of dirt to send to your company.

THE YOUNG MAN WHO CLEANED THE CARPETS WAS COURTEOUS AND COMPETENT. IT'S A RENTAL THAT WE HAVE MOVED OUT OF AND I HAVEN'T BEEN BACK SINCE CLEANED BUT PLAN TO GO OVER TOMORROW. IT LOOKED GOOD WHEN I LEFT. I REALLY ONLY HAVE ONE COMPLAINT. BECAUSE I CAN'T MOVE BEDS THERE WAS ONE ROOM WITH TWO FULL SIZE BEDS IN IT. I REMOVED THE CHAIR AND THE NIGHTSTAND BETWEEN THE BEDS. THERE WERE TWO VERY SMALL STRIPS OF CARPET THAT WERE EXPOSED BETWEEN THE BEDS AND AT THE END OF THE BEDS. I WAS CHARGED A FULL ROOM FOR THAT LITTLE BIT OF CARPET AND THAT SEEMED A BIT MUCH; ESPECIALLY SINCE ONE OTHER BEDROOM HAD A BED AND TWO HEAVY NIGHTSTANDS AND A CHEST I COULDN'T MOVE SO IT DIDN'T HAVE A LOT OF CARPET EXPOSED. OKAY, THAT'S MY GRIPE. I THINK THE CARPET IS PROBABLY FINE.

The biologic agent was not explained to me, he handed me his phone with a signature box only showing saying sign this so I can get started. I would have appreciated a better explanation and then I saw that there are 2 levels of pet treatment on your website after he left. I would have preferred to do the higher level of treatment but that wasn’t given to me as an option when I called to schedule the appointment or when the tech arrived and I talked to him about what I wanted. I don’t feel the treatment helped the pet smell at all and I wish I would have been given all my options up front.

No chemicals left behind.

It was very nice to have someone who knows what they’re doing and getting out nasty smells and stains! They also offered to put on the protection spray for free because they came earlier than the scheduled time! I really appreciated it!

The extraction method , to me, seems less damaging to the carpets.

It has been over 24 hrs and some parts of by carpet s are still very wet.
Hard not to walk on them since it has taken so long to get somewhat dry.

Minimal to no odor. Excellent cleaning of rugs.

The worker was very fast and business-like.

The tech was extremely friendly. However, the equipment was not working properly and the corners were not cleaned and the machine was almost useless. The only clean tiles were the ones that were covered with rugs and were not that bad. I am on a fixed income so this expenditure was budgeted for and I can’t get on the floor anymore. I did however, clean one strip to see if I could get the grout clean by hand and it worked. The machine also kicked up muck on the walls and baseboards. I took some pictures of the corners. Apparently, the rubber should glide over the tile but the strip on the bottom was gone and the kid could barely push and pull it over the floor. Now I am out my money and still have grout dirt. I thought that was the whole point of a professional machine. The tech did offer to leave me the sealant if I wanted to get the grout clean first. Figure that one out. That’s what I hired the company to do. I declined the offer. Also, I had to get towels to soak up all the standing puddles of water in the kitchen and bathrooms. Big puddles. Again, the employee was nice but I didn’t pay for nice. It is what it is. So, no. I will not recommend your company. Word of mouth is important in this industry. I did not expect it to give me new tile but I did expect the grout to be clean.

Instead of the carpet drying in 4-5 hours it was 12-18 hours
