We are absolutely happy with our results. Sterling was our carpet cleaning expert. We showed him areas we were more worried about on our carpet and he took the time to make sure he did the best he could to get the stains out, and he did get them out. I highly recommend him. We have used them for 3 years now and will continue to do so for all our carpet cleaning needs.

I was very happy with Zerorez tech Jasper and the great job he did cleaning my carpets! He was knowledgeable and addressed my concerns professionally, efficiently and courteously. The service was A-1. My carpets came out cleaner than with the last company I employed. The part about not using soap really made the difference. Sterling the technician. was on time, meticulous, and worked with speed. Very happy with the results.
