There were multiple stains i expected to be removed but they are still there. I had higher expectations for the service.

But I told the Lady that I talked to that I had a Stain on my livingroom carpet but the Service guy was not able to get the Stain out . I got a e- mail from your company they would send a guy to look at the Stain and try again at no chargeThank you so much I really hope he will be able to remove this stain …
