I loved how easy the appointment scheduling was, and I loved how quick and efficient the technician who came was. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. You could tell there was so much passion behind the services he was offering. Honestly if that dude isn’t a manager he needs a raise or something bc he was AMAZING. Very knowledgeable about the tools and procedures and products the company offers, was very transparent about my pet stains. No hidden fees

This is the service I got from Zeroez.
The Employee Sprayed a wet solution on the carpet first skipped the cleaning machine step, then used a hose with an attachment that sprayed water and extracted water. The water was not even warm. He extracted the water so fast it left the carpets too wet. With all my ceiling fans running on high it took over 15 hours for the carpet to dry.
My carpet is stiff, when you walk on it you can feel the residue it is crunchy.
My carpet before this was so soft and comfortable to walk on because it is a high quality carpet, only a few years old hardly walked on and it has two layers of padding underneath. The padding has lost most of its pillow cushion.
I had heard good things about Zeroez and the safe way they clean and care for your carpet I decided to let them clean my carpet. What a disaster and sad situation.
The owner of this company needs to contact me immediately, come and see the condition of my carpet.
Side note—-
The employee walked in my house with white thin covers over his shoes, this is good, but he walked back and forth on and off the carpet from my house to his van 3 times without taking them off and replacing them. They were wet and dirty.
Will Zeroez be able to fix the condition of my carpet? We will see.
They were punctual and knowledgeable. We wanted to have 2 upholstered chairs cleaned and our sofa. Ian looked at the chairs and was hesitant to clean them due to the type of fabric. I researched and found out that those chairs need cleaned with a dry powder and not water.
This saved a lot of potential problems.

Scheduling was easy and our Tech, Kayle communicated well with us. He was professional and did an excellent job. Our carpets look great but we were a little disappointed that they took so long to fully dry. All in all we were very happy with Zerorez.

After getting shampooed, my carpet felt very clean, and fluffy. They don’t use detergent so there is no sticky residue on the carpet but their technique gets all the stains out so well!
I have used Zerorez for years - both here and in our previous home in Mapleton UT. You have always done a fabulous job for me and my carpets look beautiful when your tech is finished. Stains are gone and carpet is soft and clean. Ian has cleaned my carpets here a few times and he is really a good tech. He is fun to talk to - friendly and very knowledgeable.
