Thank you for a very professional job
It was very simple to book. Multiple choices for people who have to work so you don't have to miss work to get your carpets done. Technician called and asked if he could come early which was fine with us. Technician did a great job and great explanation on what to do for the following day
I love that it's cleaned in a way that the original spot won't attract dirt back due to hiding residue.
My carpet looks great! No chemicals so it will be safe for my granddaughter when she starts crawling! Ian was professional, knowledgeable, friendly & on time.

The story is too long, but when I booked the service, I was quoted the price, almost the same price as the last service, however, at the end of the service, the Tech advised that I added a hallway and the price jumped $30. Well, not true, but as a returning customer I suspect that I wasted the Cust. Rep. at the office's time, as well as mine when nothing changed since the last carpet service except I eliminated a room since my wife passed and her room was shut off from the rest of the house and didn't require cleaning. At 81, I may not be around to have my carpet cleaned again.

Sterling was very friendly and took time to talk to me about my carpet. His work was done in good time and efficiently. I like the idea of no soap going into my carpet. It dryer overnight so I could things back in order the next morning. Also the price was right. I will continue to use your services. Name removed
not using a lot of soap sounds smart. We tried it once, were happy, and we have been using Zerorez ever since.
Friendly representative and great results.
The carpets now look like new. They have been cleaned several times prior and Zerorez took all the residue buildup out and restored the carpets to orginal color.
Shout out to Spencer Haws, he took special care to few trouble spots and talked me into pretreatment for future clean up.
