Love the reminder courtesy call the day before scheduled service, love that the technician called to let us know he was on his way & he was on time of the 2 hour window time frame given for service. Tech did a great job & was very professional. Love there is no left over residue on the carpet. Very pleased all around. Would definitely recommend to friends/family.
