Fast and frendly
Josh was our technician and he was right on time. Our carpets were pretty bad, but when I came in the next morning they looked super good! We were very pleased with the end result, the service and the professionalism.
Cleaning water made house smell musty for several days. Carpets are cruncybeven after vacuuming.

Had 5 rugs cleaned plus paid extra for pet products and a couple rugs still smell like urine, so I'm back to square one.

This was my second time using Zerorez and I have been happy both times. I felt that my carpet was cleaned all the way down to the floor. I have recommended your service to other people and they were also happy with your service. I was also pleased with the man that cleaned my carpet and he helped me to move a couple tables I couldn't handle.

The results exceeded expectations and the price did not change. The technician did not over promise on the ability of the process, but attempted to remove tough stains. To our surprise the process removed the stains, on stained concrete, and saved me many hours of labor.

i have used a few cleaning services in the St George area. Zerorez is the best! Cleanest carpet, no strong cleaning odor, carpet was dry within 7 hours. Ian was great!
I was shocked that my carpet could be so clean. I thought it was hopeless with food, grease and pet stains that haven't been cleaned for, I'm embarrassed, 5 years! But my carpet is beautiful like new. It's been several days and the previous stains have failed to reappear which hasn't been the case in the past.
