I liked that Bryan was on time and very pleasant. The white carpet in the bedroom is 25+ years old & was badly stained from pet accidents. There were stains on the carpet from over six years ago, he was able to remove them also. No other carpet servic was ever able to remov this stains!!!

Everything dried quickly as I was told it would, even tho it was a cool & rainy day. The pricing was fair and reasonable for the amount of work involved.

The service was fast, I called and was able to have appt within 3 days. Service man was on time, did a thorough job. Carpet was clean without bad odor

Most carpets were damp after 24 hours. We had to go buy fans to dry them.

I was surprised that it took 24 hours for the rugs to dry. Usually they dry in 4 hours or so. Other than that, we were pleased with the cleaning.

Brian, the Zerorez SG service rep, was both personable to speak with & knowledgeable regarding the Zerorez process. He took the time to answer my questions. He worked hard to accomplish his task, & was done w/the carpet in about 2 hours. Our home looked superb!

You should send two people who can move furniture. What good are carpet and tile cleaners if they don’t move the furniture. Disgusting that you expect the client to do your work

The add on the radio said .75 a square foot to clean and seal grout but when I called they said it was a only cleaning for .75. So I agreed to $1. price. Later I heard the add again and it clearly said .75 clean and seal. Felt like false advertising. Missed one section of my grout but other then that the Tech was very friendly, quick and did a good job. Carpets damp 24 hrs, not 6....even with a fan.
