I was very disappointed by the stain removal or lack there of. The high traffic areas in the front room and in the living room were not given enough attention.
The technician did a good job.
Good thorough cleaning. Serviceman was very hard working and very personable. Felt safe alone with him. Please change the name on your forms. It is First name removed and Dlaire. That does bother me especially since the charge card name is correct on her emailed receipt but my name is wrong at the top of it.

I had 2 car mats cleaned. Both had a black streak on them. When he finished the streak had been spread to the entire bottom half of the mat. I have had these cleaned by other carpet companies and they always came out much better than this time. I think he could have used something to dissolve the streak instead of just spreading it around. I myself used Dawn dishwashing liquid and a brush and got them cleaned much better.
The technician did the job promptly and quickly. He was professional, and the results were amazing. I am very pleased with the results. Thank you!

I asked for a late morning/early afternoon appointment. I got a Last name removed saying I should receive a Last name removed between 1:15-2:30 to let me know when to expect the technician. At 3pm I didn't hear anything so I tried calling. I stayed on hold for s long time and was directed to voicemail. I left a message and didn't get a return Last name removed. I called again just before 3:30 and got a live person who said she hadn't heard from the technician. I expressed frustration and amazingly 5 minutes later the technician called me.
Upon his arriv and after viewing the house, I was informed thaty living room was larger than 200 sq ft and would be double the price (which was not explained on the phone. The technician also pulled up an end of the carpet with the machine and did not fix it. My overall experience was not good.
My carpets smell bad and they are stiff and not soft anymore. I will never use your carpet service again nor will I recommend your company to my friends or family. I don't know what you use to clean carpets but I don't like it.
The advertisement in Val pack was misleading. I don't understand you advertisement cleaning a room for $25.00. But to really clean it you need to pre-spray and yadda- yadda. Bringing the reall cost to about $80.00 per room. For me , he didn't even do the whole room. So I feel like you get in the door with a little false advertisement. My stains on the carpet are already back. Doesn't say much for the super duper pre- spray- the one without the surfactants. Yadda yadda yadda.
The cleaner was very useful and full of knowledge. We are very happy with the service. He went above and beyond than what most companies require.

Don't really know yet, I'll have to see how long it is before I need the carpets cleaned again. The service fellow (forgot his name) was very nice and explained a lot about the products and what he would be doing. Very happy we had him.

We went to so much trouble to have the floors ready to be cleaned, and after they were dry they didn't seem to be as clean as we thought they would be. We were also charged a lot more for the little area rug of carpet, more than we were quoted, so that made it more expensive than we had planned on.
It was fast and very good. I was pleased with the drying time even in the winter and the way the carpets looked when they were through. I would definitely use this company again.
They cleaned the spots really well but some of them are showing back up and the Tech said they would come back out and spot clean th for free is that correct. If so I would like to
