The technicians are clean and prompt. The carpets look great when they (he) are finished.
The product and workers cleaned the carpet very well. It was a little surprising that the didn’t do vacuuming. However, they let us know that ahead of time so we could be prepared.
Zerorez cleaning is outstanding. On time, very efficient, very professional, and quality of cleaning is outstanding. Highly recommend Zerorez St George!

This technician did a great job overall. It's not rocket science. It's carpet cleaning. He was on time. Pleasant. Careful. Left no mess behind. Seamed to be well trained in the use of the tools. Applied a little extra effort where needed.
Not sure about the ZERO part of the REZ. There is product applied prior to the water extraction which is fine. There is a small amount of residue left afterwards. Walking on the damp carpet left a sticky film on shoes that water simply wouldn't have done.
Overall we're happy with the services and will use ZeroRez again in the future.
You done an awesome job! My carpets have never been this clean after any other shampoo job. I will definitely continue to use Zerorez in the future!

I liked the service and results however he took a picture of my credit card for billing via his phone and that’s not something that should happen. Please change this practice

Thank you for your review. We appreciate the opportunity to serve you. We wanted to clarify that we do not store credit card information and that no picture was taken of your credit card. The optical credit card scanner reads the card information from the card and securely transmits the information to our credit card processor. That information is not stored in any way in our systems.

We had our carpets cleaned. There were some heavy traffic areas. I knew that they wouldn’t be as clean as the non traffic areas. I was pleasantly surprised by how much cleaner they did look. There was no residue at all. The carpet dried quicker, was softer and had a nice, fresh citrus scent. The other carpet cleaners I’ve used in the past left a weird residue with an odd smell and the traffic areas didn’t look much cleaner than before they were cleaned. The Zerorez employee was very prompt, professional and answered all of my questions. I will definitely use Zeroez again and will recommend them to my friends!

Zerorez did an amazing job! Our tile and grout have NEVER looked this good. It looks like we just had our house retiled. the carpet looks amazing also. I will definitely call them the next time I need my carpets or tile cleaned.
