James was extremely professional and did a fantastic job. Our carpets looked brand new, after he was there! He took his time, to do a thorough job, instead of rushing through it.
The people skills of the person doing the work of cleaning the carpets were very good. Friendly, helpful, hard working, and willing to share some detail about what he was doing. We also like the fact that there was no detergent being used and that he protected the corners of the walls from being scuffed up by using some plastic protectors. He worked hard but wasn't in a big hurry. Results of the job were good and we felt it was worth the money.
