The carpets are really clean but the carpets took forever to dry. I had to wait over 24 hours before I could move furniture back. It just has never taken that long before.
Cleaned the grout from dark to almost original light beige color and brightened and freshened our carpet.

I was shocked that my carpet could be so clean. I thought it was hopeless with food, grease and pet stains that haven't been cleaned for, I'm embarrassed, 5 years! But my carpet is beautiful like new. It's been several days and the previous stains have failed to reappear which hasn't been the case in the past.

Josh was our technician and he was right on time. Our carpets were pretty bad, but when I came in the next morning they looked super good! We were very pleased with the end result, the service and the professionalism.
