Price was a little high for them to clean up 3 small spots of pet urine (was an additional 120$---the 3 rooms and stairs I had cleaned I was quoted at $99 for all).
The guy doing the service was prompt professional and dilligent. My service was completed quickly.

Clean and fast
I was told a window from 12-1 and the cleaners did not arrive until 2:30. The place I was getting cleaned was a second residence and I had my two young children with me. Trying to keep them entertained for an additional hour and a half was inconvenient to say the least. I was told they were late because someone on the crew was training. During this time I called the office multiple times to figure out where they were. The operator said she would contact them and then call me back. I had to call back 3 times before I ever received an answer and was phone call was never returned. Although they were apologetic for being late, nothing was done to make up for my inconvenience. My pet peeve is being punctual and they failed miserably in this area to say the least. Complete disrespect for my time!

Our carpet was in serious need of cleaning. The technician arrived as arranged, went immediately to work and we are very pleased with the result. We plan to have Zerorez clean our carpet once per year to keep it looking fresh.
No chemicals
We do not live in this house as it is a vacation home and we share it with four families. The carpet has not been professionally cleaned in the four years since we bought it. There were some very large stains in the hallway that we hoped and assumed could have been cleaned. Because we were out of the house when the technician finished up perhaps he was going to address that but as it was, we came home to a fairly good job but most of the stains we were unhappy about were still there or slightly fainter. If it was a matter of paying more to do a special stain clean up, we would have been happy to consider it. The technician was friendly and did explain that our carpet was mostly polyester and would lay flat easily and we should use a carpet rake but nothing was said about special treatment for the stains.

I requested a small area in a bedroom cleaned, but policy didn't allow that. Sometimes people just need the entrance to a room cleaned and it would be good to charge a small fee for that. Otherwise, the cleaning in the full rooms was very good.
