My carpets look very clean and fresh. Your service person was very good.
I was very impressed with the friendly, service-oriented demeanor of the young man, Eddy, who cleaned my carpets. He was very good to explain the cleaning process, which I found to be very beneficial.

The technician was very friendly and thorough. He gave us options, but did not use any high pressure tactics. I was comfortable having him in our home.
This home we brought, the tile was not cleaned for 9 yrs. The man here that owned the home tracked in wood stain, he cooked with cooking grease that had spilled on the tile... It came out so CLEAN it looks like we have new tile.
Zerorez employee was so kind and making sure we were happy with what he had done......Great Company
I loved that there were no chemicals or products used. I appreciated learning more about carpet cleaning from what I consider an expert in the field so that I am a more informed customer.

Cleans well without leaving the carpet soaked. Dries quickly, within several hours rather than 12-24 hours with most other commercial carpet cleaners.

I specially asked to be first appointment in the morning and set the appointment out far enough so I could get that spot. I got a confirmation call 2 days prior with the wrong address number and street name (not even close). I called back and left a message to confirm the right info, gave directions, and asked for a call back, no call. I got up very early Friday morning moved furniture, vacuumed, etc.... and waited. At 9:30 AM I called to see if they got lost since my house is in a newer subdivsion and was told I was scheduled for afternoon. When I said I had specificallly asked for first thing in the morning I was told 'sorry, but I would be first thing in the afternoon, approx 1:00'. I provided my correct address yet again, apparently that message did not get passed on, and I gave directions...and waited. I called twice more that afternoon and was told at 2:00 I was actually the last call of the day, they would be there at 3:30. At 5:00 I called again and was told he was just finishing up in Hurricane (30 mins away) and would be there within the hour. I told them that would not work, I had a dinner to get ready to go to and it was too late. So bascially I waited ALL DAY. I requested first thing the next morning, which did happen. The service was ok. But I thought my carpets were not supposed to be crusty which they were. All in all, not impressed. I thought because of all the inconvenience and screw ups on your company's part I maybe would have received some kind of discount. Nope, just told 'oh sorry'. So, would I recommend your company? No. The only reason you got a '2' was because the worker was nice. Although he is the one I made the appt through at the home and garden show and the time request was not honored so....
That there is no soap left in my carpets.
We set up a morning appointment that didn't happen,then at the last minute noon you called and told us your truck broke down and wouldn't not be able to come for another 5 days.Then 2 hrs later you called and said you would be right out,very upsetting.
Eddy had good hair and teeth and spoke English.
In addition to that, the Zerorez system seems to work very well, much to my surprise.
The tech came when he said he would. He was fast and neat and the carpets were clean and nice when he left:)

No chemicals and no Rez. I need to wait awhile to see the results.
