Your bathroom needs SERIOUS attention. Smells like a nightclub bathroom in there. Urinals, deodorizers not maintained, mirrors were filthy. The smell of urine is overwhelming. VERY Surprised!!!!
You guys can do a much better job making members feel comfortable in the locker/ bathroom area.
Club 24 is a nice Gym, it has everything you need, nothing you don't. It's a clean, friendly facility.
The staff's exceptional friendliness and helpfulness consistently enhance my training experience. I also find the new room layout offers a welcome diversity to my workouts.
To further optimize the space for all members, if I may suggest clearly designating each room's intended purpose. For instance, the upstairs area could be a dedicated 'Cardio, Core, and Flexibility Zone,' while the blue-floored room would serve as a 'Dynamic Training Space.'
Currently, the blue-floored room's versatility sometimes leads to conflicting activities, making it challenging to perform dynamic movements like sled pushes or sprints when others are engaged in static exercises like stretching.
Clear zoning would significantly improve the flow and efficiency of training for everyone. Thank you for considering this suggestion and allowing me to provide feedback.

Variety of equipment that's not found in other gyms.
I enjoy all of the different options you have available at the gym. However, I hate having to interact with staff for basic things I should be able to do on my own with my membership card. For instance, turning on the hydro-massage and accessing towels. Its frustrating having to wait in line at the gym to get towels and access membership amenities. If those could be self serve again that would be very nice. I know other members feel the same.
I appreciate the cordial front desk staff...especially early morning crew!
So thankful for pool access to swim laps.
When the steam room goes down, I appreciate prompt attention to getting it up & running again quickly! Is there anything I can do on my part to prevent the steam room from breaking down?

The people at the Torrington Club 24 are great, they are friendly, very helpful, always greet you with hello and always say good bye.
When you check in they also tell you enjoy your workout.

Clean! Orderly. Has everything we need. Love the sauna and hot tubs. VERY excited for the new recovery area. We visited other gyms while out of town on a trip and the cleanliness was so sad. It made us so grateful for the MAC!
