What I love most about my Montana Athletic Club experience is how it goes beyond just a place to work out. The environment is welcoming, the staff is encouraging, and there’s a real sense of community. It’s a place where I can focus on my health and push myself. It’s become part of my routine and something I genuinely look forward to.

The regular and infrared saunas, as well as the steam room. I also like the Hudson River view while walking on the treadmill and the equipment.
It would be nice to have more of a variety of exercise machines.

The upkeep of the gym is ongoing. Repairs happen swiftly and new equipment and expansion are also not uncommon. The staff, new and longer term, are always very friendly and helpful. Always.
