You are making maintenance improvements in the men's locker room. The shower handle that was broke for 2 years is kind of fixed. The overall appearance and cleanliness of the men's locker room is not good. It's one thing to be overcrowded because of the layout but a large number of lockers are broke or out of service. Locker doors missing, scratched up benches, basically a mess. It's definitely prevents someone from recommending the gym without warning them in advance that the locker room is in poor condition.
i think this situation is completely out of line with the vision of the owners and does not reflect the hard work it took to build the business.
I still rate the club a 9 because the equipment and the overall facility is good. I realize the men's locker room is a challenge because of the heavy use but this means that more attention needs to be taken to mitigate the problems. Taking years to improperly fix shower door handles is not good.
I joined for the classes and do like quite a few...
First and foremost, you weren’t blasting music which they do at the WEST BLOOMFIELD studio, which is very irritating the rooms atmosphere was peaceful and quiet. All the machines were extremely clean and new. I was treated very well at the front desk and Carlos, the gentleman who is cleaning the bathrooms was most attentive to my questions showed me the facility, the steam room, etc. etc. if it wasn’t for the traffic and the construction and the fact that you’re 26 miles away from my home I would be there every day as I am at WEST BLOOMFIELD however WEST BLOOMFIELD right now has some sewer plumbing problems, which is quite odorific and very unhealthy
As an instructor I have found that the club has made my position so much easier with the addition of the MAC APP.
As a member, I have never had a negative experience.

Terri and Susan on the training staff are marvelous! Cindy at the concierge desk quickly and easily got me signed up. The desk staff is always so cheerful and greet me personally upon arrival, especially Hailey, Peyton, and Chris. The facility itself has so much to offer, endless opportunities for cardio and weight training. If I had one wish it would be to add shelves or a small table to each of the ladies showers in order to avoid bending over to reach personal products.
Have all the equipment and clean facility.
