The Palisades Fitness Center is one of the best gyms among other gyms I have been to. Although its appearance is not the best, the front desk staff are the best. Kind. Friendly, always welcome, and the manager runs with a professionalism.

The classes! Please don’t get rid of them as that was the main reason I became a member, I need someone to hold me accountable and show me how to do the exercise correctly. I have been coming in to the morning classes and it’s a great way to start my day. I also love that you have a chiropractor upstairs, Dr Bello is amazing! Your smoothies are delicious as well.

More than most other gyms
Thanks to my trainer Dario Hernandez, who has been working with me for 48 sessions over 7 months, my body has been getting fitter and stronger. He is the best trainer and person on this planet. Thank you for assigning me to him. Cheers!

I love the facility and the yoga room. Locker room is always clean and lockers are easy access. I was thrilled to find out there is a pool
Only concerning thing is that there is no lifeguard. This would keep me from swiming there and giving a review of 10. In today's world where you can sue a company for their hot beverage, it is not only not smart but downright dangerous to not have a life guard.
Great place to work out after a busy day at work. The facility keeps upgrading older equipment, and if something breaks it is fixed in a timely manner. The staff and front desk are always pleasant and helpful.

Gym is big . Has a great amount of equipment. Everything is close if you need to superset . The gym community here is top notch . Everyone motivates each other . Just overall a great experience.

If you don't work at Verisk it's still a good choice.

Did you ever think about towel service?
Sometimes I work out then shower at the gym then go directly to work. Don't like having a wet towel in my bag all day. Probably a pain and not too cost effective on your end.
Clean, comfortable environment. Equipment is in great shape and plenty of machines to use.
