Everything is good, I like all the machines, sauna, showers, and the employees. The only thing is that the T-Bar machine is broken though I found an alternative so it's okay.

Patrick was great. Very welcoming and friendly upon arrival for my first visit at this club. The club itself was truly impressive. Love the layout and the variety of equipment. Extremely clean and well maintained as well. Not something that is easy to do at any gym let alone the size of that facility.
Women’s only section
Great yoga classes with Afsoon. I with that the class Powerflex was at a time that I could actually make at 7pm or on the weekend ; I go to West Bloomfield for this class but would love to be able to have it at Novi.

Many machines, not crowded, everything clean.
It has a lot of options for fitness. It is reasonably clean.. reasonably priced and the staff is very friendly.

I enjoyed the facilities, love the equipment and that olympic benchpress is my new favorite toy. The place was also clean and the staff very attentive providing quick answers.

The wholeness of the gym. It has every machine and space for my workouts and I rarely have to wait for any equipment to open up.
I enjoy the variety of classes and the atmosphere in the gym. I especially appreciate the video classes that can be accessed in the cycle room or fitness studio. This is a great way to get a workout when no classes are scheduled.

I like the place because it’s clean and has all the equipment that I need I recommended
Plenty of equipment on both floors of the gym. If i could make one suggestion, maybe some more hammer strength iso-lateral machines for chest, back, and shoulders.
Btw, may i also state that the signs i saw posted in the gym are phenomenal (reminding members to rack their weights). An even worse problem i come across regularly are members that don’t re-rack weights properly (example: burying a 25lb plate behind lets say three 45lb plates). Your Holmdel Location should spread the word to other Fitness Factory locations that its ok to remind members that there are rules that must be followed while working out at the gym.
