I appreciate my trainer Dario Hernandez. I am not only having a positive experience with the exercises, but he connects the instruction to a lesson. He teaches me how the exercise will help a specific muscle group or what the exercise will improve my overall physical health.

I consider our club the best in our state and in many others. Great amenities, great equiptment and amazing staff. Always updating and adding great new options like Elysian. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for the best!
I like the abundance of free weights and machines and the cleanliness of the facility. Members are respectful of each other and give you space to lift and be ‘in the zone’.

I love it but the sauna is always not hot i hate that i have to turn it on before my workout so it can warmup, It makes me feel like i work there… and the red light therapy sauna light is broken. I just wish we could rent lockers too.
