Clean, space is set up properly and flows for the training session. Kind staff, and bathrooms are truly the cleanest I’ve seen.
It has everything I need, and the staff members are always friendly.
I wish you would bring back the towels the shaving raisers and replace all the old shower heads.
These are $10 -$20 items that should be maintained.

I love the consistency of the environment. My one and only negative is the pool. Why not have a fund raising event to remodel the pool so it is more inviting and has clear water?!!

The gym is impeccably organized, and the new machines and areas are truly spectacular. However, a challenge I encounter is the abundance of people with tripods, cameras, and cell phones filming and taking pictures. They tend to use the machines extensively, making it difficult for me to complete my routine. As someone who needs to return to work and plans my gym time accordingly, it becomes frustrating when these interruptions prevent me from finishing my workout.
Great machines! nothing is ever broken and if it is, it gets taken care of right away. Hard to find that in a gym nowadays.

The facility is very clean. The equipment is new and in great working order. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Clean facilities, always a friendly face at the front desk, classes are easy to join and get into, plenty of machines and free weights, lots of spaces throughout gym floor to stretch or do ab work. But best of all are the members who are friendly and always ready to help when a sudden spot is needed, or just taking heavy plates off the pins. I enjoy coming to the gym every morning and seeing my workout friends.
I enjoy just coming in speaking to people and getting my workout in and be done!

This fitness factory is soo amazing! Always clean, organized and the staff is incredible. They all always go above and beyond. Willow is one of the friendliest!

MAC is convenient to my home. It has a great variety of equipment and classes. The facility is always clean. The various group activities are well run with excellent staff. It is a welcoming environment.
Fitness Factory has been my home for quite some time now. The paid-in-full membership option has been a great money saver for me. They went through a period with some really poor employees and management, but things have completely turned around.
Now they have a great team in place—people who greet you when you walk in, genuinely care about your progress, and make sure equipment gets fixed as quickly as possible. It’s a much better experience overall, and I’m glad to see the positive changes.
