Great customer service' I would suggest having a towll receptacle in the mena and women's locker room rather than in the lobby.

The gym is good for the money and I like the equipment as well. I’m also impressed with how diligent the guy who cleans up is. Sometimes the tv doesn’t work right because when I used treadmill number 15 the other day it only showed me the same station even when I changed the channel. I would also like it if the steam room were fixed as that’s something I really like even more than the sauna.
The facility was always accessible, staff was courteous, the machines were up to date, overall a great experience.
Great for everyone
Being able to take my blood pressure onsite is definitely a benefit. Some days I show up at the club just to take my blood pressure.
I love the aesthetic of the gym and that it seems like there’s a lot more to offer equipment wise at the northville location than the West Bloomfield which was the gym I was using via active and fit. Im very pleased with the northville location, although I do miss the friendly-ness of West Bloomfield when it comes to staff.
