Clean spacious and well equipped. The locker room facilities are excellent. The skylights make the space more enjoyable and the music is not intrusive. West Bloomfield location has music that is obnoxiously loud over 75DB. Northville staff does a great job.
It’s big. But it would be better if you get rid of the basketball court.

Gym is clean the help is friendly. One thing you could change is banning phones from the gym floor, I’m really tired of waiting for equipment while some one has a phone conversation, or sits there scrolling for 20 minutes between sets.

Friendly staff, lots of equipment and spa facilities in locker rooms,indoor pool, easy parking, hours of operation and Senior discount are all great. Hoping they get the small roof leak fixed before winter hits this year.
The staff is ALWAYS so nice and helpful as well! I love everything about this place!!!
There is one exception, the automated phone system!!

I really enjoy coming to the Gym. place is clean, keep it this way.
not enough treadmill though. pool area for most part is clean but if the pool deck be swept up more often would be super. Also, club needs to pay attention more to those members who like to break the rule and vape. I see some members do that in the locker room as well as pool area.
When the training class is held at 6:45 am, their music is so loud I can't hear my earbuds.

I've not yet availed myself of any services, but stopped by today just to aquaint myself with the facility. Based this experience, I expect good things. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, as was the staff I encountered inside. The facility appears to be exceptional. I'm looking forward to the coming weeks.
