I enjoy the women's only section. I also appreciate the reminders on the sauna to leave the cell phones outside! :)
My one request... a few pieces of equipment need to be maintained a bit better, ie: missing handles, etc.

The staff is so friendly! Sneha specifically is outstanding—and the main reason we keep coming back! She is knowledgeable, encouraging, and makes coming to the gym enjoyable!

Incredible gym!! Endless equipment that is well spaced. Facility is clean and the cleaning staff are constantly working. Can spend all day there!!

I have a ACL tear And MCL tear and have only been able to rid water activity and there are pretty much NO classes! I don’t want to freeze my membership I want to have options!
I really enjoy the gym and the variety of equipment available. The facility is clean, the equipment is well maintained, and there are plenty of options for strength training.
One thing I would really love to see added is a seated lat pullover machine and a T-bar row machine. Both would be great additions for back training and would give members more options for targeting their lats and upper/mid back.
Overall, I’m very happy with the gym and would really appreciate it if these machines could be considered!

The gym is large with a lot of modern new equipment. They also keep the facility very clean.
Staff is friendly and very helpful and supportive. The classes are great and no one is pressured . You can go at your own pace. It feels like family. Great place to work out !
