I’ve been training at Fitness Factory in Yonkers for about a month, and I’m really happy with it. The facility is clean and well organized, and the staff is friendly and always helpful.
I work with a personal trainer, Jerry, on HIIT and boxing for conditioning. He’s a great motivator and a patient teacher. I have lower back problems, and he’s careful to plan workouts that don’t make them worse and that actually help strengthen the area. That’s made a real difference for me.
I genuinely look forward to my sessions every week. Of the gyms I’ve tried in lower Westchester, this is by far the best one I’ve found. If you’re looking for a gym, I highly recommend checking it out!

Overall a really nice gym!
The hot tub is luke warm at 98 degrees and the pool is cold at 78 degrees. Wish both were warmer since it’s one of the main reasons I joined. Get the hot tub up to 101 or 102 and the pool up to 82 and I’ll give you a 10 rating!

All parts of the gym are very clean. The machines and equipment are all well maintained and mostly put in proper place. The whole staff is friendly and helpful. The trainers and instructors are all very informed and helpful in helping you with your goals. I would definitely recomand this gym. I’ve been to a few gyms in my lifetime and this one is the best.
