The workout center portion has equipment for all levels of conditioning. The warm pool is very inviting. The personal trainers are very knowledgeable and friendly. The desk staff is always helpful.

I like going to the Mac to exercise but really like visiting with a lot of people that I have known for the last 11 years. Everyone is so friendly. Going there is like going to a family reunion. Great atmosphere.
