I only use the pools and they are great. I wish sometimes that they had a staff member monitoring the pools more because the kids get out of had and not all parents care to watch the kids but that’s the only complaint I have

I enjoy Powerhouse Novi because of its size - even when busy I can get my workout in uninterrupted. I enjoy the free weights, the mix of the new, and the 'old-school' (e.g. plate loaded seated chest press, plate loaded seated dip. Awesome!). I also like the upgrades to the facility that are underway - looks great while still keeping the old school vibe.

I love the sauna, the machines have enough space that it doesn't feel like people are piled on top of each other. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I've recommended two friends here over the years and they both really enjoyed their memberships here.
My Trainer Jacque is an expert , Always a great workout , and sensitive to any problems with schedules.

I like the clases. Would love to have paper towels in the salon where they do the clases. And also I think the salon needs a light vacuum more often. Regularly we see a lot of hair in the floor.
