24 hour access is nice.
Any chance at maintaining and actually cleaning the showers?
The same pubic hair has been in the same spot for almost a year. The shower handle is falling off and has sharp chrome pieces coming off. And the shower curtains need proper replacement.

Peak is a great environment for exercising. Since getting my membership with peak I have lost 70 Lbs and am well on my way to my goal weight! I've tried other gyms but never felt comfortable or welcomed unlike at peak! 10/10 great buisness great community!

Fantastic gym!!
The gym is clean and the members are great especially the members between 5am and 3pm. After that it does fall off a cliff a bit but that is to be expected with the afternoon crowd.
My only small critique would be to add an incline chest hammer strength machine like they have at the power house in Detroit/Highland Park. The original has better chest machines.
Also we have enough ab machines. I believe too many. Maybe eliminating a few to make a small fake grassy area so people can stretch and warm up when the studio is unavailable.

The gym has a good variety of classes for every level of fitness. friendly environment and located close to home. it is kept very clean by alma. the staff is very nice and friendly. When you walk in they make u feel like family.
I have no plans on going anywhere else.

Friendly environment
West Bloomfield facility is kept very clean and is well lit. Also pool is very clean and maintained so up to 6 lap swimmers can use it at one time. Contrast all of this to the Novi location where locker rooms and showers are dingy, the pool water is never clear, and the management caters to people who want to walk instead of swim in 2 out of 3 lanes. They keep the 2 lane markers tethered together so that only the one lane is earmarked for swimming laps. Because of this the one lane marker is permanently stretched out so that if you do try to move it to establish 3 lanes it won't stay tethered and won't maintain a straight line. Novi also has a so called "physical therapy" program in the pool that will force swimmers out of a lane they are swimming in on a moment's notice instead of having publicized specific times in the app so everyone knows when Aqua Aerobics is scheduled. I live in Novi and drive to West Bloomfield (a half hour away) because the facility, especially the pool, is so much cleaner.

John Brisson is the best think there, I have been attending his classes for quite a few years. He is the best instructor in my opinion.
The available services and the wide array of equipment as well as the new remodeling makes for a very nice entry to your workout as well as look forward to near future amenities

the only issue might be the level of RAP MUSIC that is always played. a little variety would be nice. Ever heard of Country Music?
