Amazing facility. The staff is superb and the exercise machines are top notch. Best gym I have ever been at.
The staff has been super accommodating! Greeted with a smile by everyone! Thats very much appreciated! Gym is always clean!!! Bathrooms are also clean!!!

I'd like to request signage in the treadmill room asking members to keep phone calls brief. A quick call here and there is totally understandable, but I've noticed some members having extended conversations (30-60+ minutes) while on the treadmills, and it can be pretty distracting for others nearby, even with noise-cancelling headphones.
A simple sign like "As a courtesy to others, please keep phone calls brief" would go a long way without feeling like a heavy-handed rule. Thanks for considering it!

I've been having a great experience at this fitness center for a very long time now. They have a wide variety of equipment, everything is kept clean, and the machines are always in good working order. What really sets this gym apart, though, is the staff. Nancie at the front desk is always cheerful, welcoming, and genuinely makes walking through the door a positive experience. Her friendly attitude makes it that much easier to stay motivated and keep coming back. Jan, the manager, is also attentive and responsive, always making sure any concerns are addressed quickly. It's clear they take pride in creating a clean, well-run, and welcoming environment.
Everything at the gym is great. The only thing is that at West Bank the plates on the floor by squat racks. Need a weight tree for them. They are in the way and could be a safety issue.
Clean, new equipment, convenient hours. Food / protein shake area is a bonus as well
