Everyone at your front desk isn’t always welcoming. That’s the first encounter in your gym so it should always be warm. Sometimes, it takes a minute to get an answer or problem resolved. I LOVE the gym and of course will recommend others, just wanted to point those two things out.

I had a great experience at Fitness Factory. The gym is clean, well-equipped, and has a friendly atmosphere. I’m only canceling my membership because I recently had a newborn and already have a gym at home. Otherwise, I would gladly continue being a member. I highly recommend Fitness Factory!

The staff has been friendly and the facility is clean,
The two complaints that I have are with the Video screens and the music. The sports selections are interesting and not all the screens work. For example there was never any World Cup soccer on the screens?
There is some weird music playing sometimes and when you look around the average age is over 60....
I absolutely love the gym and all the additions that have been made! But I do have one request and that would be for female barbells. I have smaller hands so I cannot hookgrip a male bar and some of my lifts require a lighter warmup so some female bars would be super beneficial!
