Hands down the best gym I have ever belonged to.
I like everything about this Power House Gym. I love the very friendly staff, all the new extensive variety of equipment, and the entire beautiful facility. I go almost daily for 2-3 hours in early afternoon and love it. Because of the vast variety of equipment it allows me to change up my routine to work on many different muscle groups in slightly different ways that I think has improved my fitness results.
I like everything about this location. I really like the variety of machines located downstairs and upstairs. I love the massage chairs and tanning booths also! I have a trainer, Dave Jones, who is wonderful! My husband loves that you have a pool and that he has never had to wait to use it.

The pool
Very friendly staff! Just noticed how the cleaning was so good when they open and just seeing how something’s have been falling behind. No wipes in the containers upstairs to wipe down machines and the stair stepper are always full of sweat from people getting off and never wiping so they’re actually disgusting and haven’t used them in a long time! Plus the tanning bed lights need to be changed!
The personal training with Dave Jones is amazing. His knowledge and workouts are outstanding and top notch.

I love the classes. My favorite teachers are Brooke and Akio they both know what they do and it comes through in their classes. I wish there were more classes to choose from all the locations. I’d love to see a Werq class. Or another dance class like Jackie used to teach, in NORTHVILLE
Just need to fix the news lookers. Many are broken.

Great staff. Very well maintained. Great atmosphere.
People at the front desk are always friendly, greeting me as I enter and leave. Many options for group exercise classes and individual activities. The center is clean and well maintained.
Great classes, friendly staff and super clean.
The gym is very large and there is multiple equipment to work out with. The locker rooms are clean with locks available, has a great beauty bar, and the sauna is just the right temperature. There is daycare available to families and there is no wait time as there is no limit as to how any children they can take. Great pool area amd the staff is very friendly.

It’s laid out perfectly, the equipment seems to be well maintained, the front desk staff is friendly and helpful, and the personal trainers are great, especially Kristen Pudlak!
