Great gym very friendly workers especially the morning guy Bill always greets everybody in the morning and when I leave he always says have a great day. He's always trying to help everyone and if he doesn't have an answer he gets back to you the next day. He always tries to keep the bathrooms clean and the sauna working. Too bad Bill couldn't work weekends he's a great asset to the gym to bad we couldn't clone him. Everyone that works there behind the counter Bill, Tyler, Vance, Kevin, Chris, Roxanne, Brian, Avi, all deserve a raise they are all hard workers.

Great variety with all kinds of classes, lots of equipment and a friendly crowd. Many excellent instructors for the classes offered. They even have an indoor pool.
The parking situation is not good, but they are working on that now to create more spaces and hopefully make it a lot better for everyone. I’m hoping the driveway into the parking lot is repaired as well because there are some very large potholes.
i like that you can add services to your plan and not have to change your whole plan. i do wish the ice bath/ red light therapy was more affordable. it cost more than my membership.
