Powerhouse Gym Trainer, Nick Poulos, has worked with me to alleviate physical problems that occurred as a result of open heart surgery.
The use of equipment and exercises are all tailored to my needs. I am making the progress I had hoped for. Nick is always on time and makes sure schedules fit in with my other activities. This is a very professional organization. The other customers are friendly, probably because they are getting what they signed up for. I would not hesitate to recommend this Power House Gym.

The equipment and how close the gyms are to my apartment. Many friendly people in Bloomfield Hills PH. Been a member on and off since 1990’s.
The staff are great. I enjoy the pool and swim daily. I recently started attending a aerobics class.
I appreciate being able to exercise when the weather is too rough to work our outside.
It’s a very clean gym. Lots of cardio machines to choose from and the layout of the workout equipment flows well. Everyone is very nice as well.
Clean friendly staff good machines
I would recommend Fitness Factory to anyone who is interested. There are a lot of amenities like new equipment, classes baby sitting, and so on. The only thing that I would like to see is more trainers on the floor every so often to make sure the equipment is used properly or if anyone needs any help, for people to not use there cell phones and when they are finished with the equipment not to linger on them so other people can use them. This all states on signs in the gym.
Otherwise I am very pleased with the gym
