I do appreciate the less air conditioning and the array of machines. Unlike planet fitness and even lifetime it’s difficult to walk out feeling like you genuinely put in a good workout and made yourself sweat. I don’t regret making the switch in the least bit.

Big space with lots of equipment. employees need to peruse training floor more regularly to put accessories away that lazy patrons don’t.
Also it needs to be stressed that weight plates need to be stripped off of equipment after each use.

Sauna is renovated and always 180+, lots of free weights including 6+ barbell benches, dumbbells are in very good shape, they replaced a lot of the barbell plates. There’s always a free treadmill.
