Jay, at the Westbank works very hard to keep the place sparkling. The mirrors and the machines are all wiped down. Now, if the floor under the machines could tidied up from the dust,dead skin and sweat drips that would be perfect. I love the new glute machine. Just what was needed. Good variety of machines.
I joined earlier this year and have been enjoying it.
I use primarily the cardio machines and free weights.
If I could make any suggestions, I would like to see more Ab machines or an Ab bench.
Also, it would be nice to upgrade the TV screens and pipe in live television, preferably sporting events or ESPN during the weekdays.

I like how many machines you have to work out with. I like that you offer a coach to train you. And the other amenities like the pool,sauna,hot tub juice bar and clean towels to use. Great place to work out.

I like the convenience. I live 3-4 min away and can come and take a steam bath and be home 25 min later
quite, well equipped facility, with friendly helpful staff, physical site is attractive with abundant natural light, clientele skews towards senior citizen
