Everyone is friendly when I enter. Jason was very nice at my sign up and Corey was amazing when showing me around. If anyone is looking for a trainer I would recommend, Corey happily. He was helpful, courteous and took his time being willing to answer all questions.

I find the gym to be up to date and clean. I also think my trainer is doing a very good job with helping me achieve my fitness goals. The people are positive and supportive.
I love the variety of machines and spaces throughout the gym. Even when it is busy it doesn’t feel too crowded. It seems like all equipment is all up to date.
