If you're looking for intensive, sweat-inducing, but deeply rehabilitative muscle, tendon and fascia work, Cameron P. is the best I've seen. I've been getting massages for decades, around the world and Cameron has the ability to really read the body and fight for relief, that few others possess. There are many other styles and methods of massage, and they are all valid. This is the massage style I look for, and I am pleased to have found in Cameron.
From check in to completion, this experience was great. The massage firmness was exactly what I needed. The essential oils that I added extra was great as well!
My attendant, ( I apologize for not remembering her name), is amazing. I have been to see her twice. Each time I level feeling better both physically & mentally.

Ron is an excellent massage therapist and treats necessary areas of tension with expertise and knowledge. The scheduling process online is easy to navigate and the confirmation/reminders are delivered in a timely manner in the method i choose. Front desk is always friendly and appointments run on time, there's no 'pressure' to purchase or schedule again (as a member, i've got it covered). Love coming to Elements
The check in was seamless and staff very welcoming. Eunice was a very skilled massage therapist. She was professional, warm, good listening skills, lovely hands and techniques and adjusting what she did intuitively and with checking on amount of pressure she was using in the session .

From the moment entering the front doors, I am greeted with a warm smile and Welcomed Instantly! Front desk staff always ask how I am doing and it feels Very Genuine!!! It already puts me in a good and relaxing place!
When my massage therapist comes to get me, I am greeted so kindly and warmly again. It really takes any stress or anxiety out of my day right from the beginning and I haven't even started my massage!!
My therapist asks what areas may be needing to be worked on more than any others, or if I would like more focused work, or just a relaxation massage all over? It helps to be able to be open right away to any concerns I may have had or any of my problem areas right away!
I am always asked during the massage from beginning and just after beginning, how the pressure is, or if I need the pressure changed to lighter or deeper. I always leave feeling So Wonderful, like I am floating out the doors!
