Elements Massage have been instrumental in the last 10 years at helping me and my husband work through a lifetime of physical issues from injuries, work related occupational issues to the "framework " of my/our bodies and helped keep us not only functioning, but healing, improving and fixing long term issues that is helping us move into our later years. Both of us are in our late 60's and in many cases, we're better than we were in our 50's due to the professional care we've received at Elements Massage. It's well worth the investment into your health and wellbeing both for now and for long term! Whether it's due to injury, reoccurring issues or for long term health, the professionals at Elements Massage are there with literal hands on soft tissue manipulation to promote your body's healing. The front desk staff are welcoming & the whole spa is so clean & relaxing. It was so nice that there were several openings available soon that were sent to my e-mail, because otherwise, it would have been several months before I could get an appointment with Alaina. She’s the reason I love getting massages there! She’s so kind & empathetic about the painful areas I need help with. She’s explains well, too, which I appreciate. I hope she never leaves there. 😊

Having a great therapist you trust but also has the skill set to address anything you may be dealing with. The environment is very relaxing and the staff is excellent. The membership is definitely worth it.
Amazing massage!
A lot of my favorite therapists have left. I’m considering leaving Elements if Donna leaves. All the good ones are leaving. Elements seems to be diminishing in provisions. We no longer get mints, bottled water, nor soothing music. The rooms are bare. They don’t create a “spa like” feeling. I’m tempted to go further, ie South Barrington, but I was told it’s the same management as palatine.
