Elements is a professional, well equipped, clean facility with a very comforting atmosphere. The staff make everyone feel welcome from the moment you walk in the door. The massage therapists are very knowledgeable and have a true passion for their craft (I have worked with 5 of them). They are particularly attentive to physical problem areas I have (herniated disc and torn meniscus). Oh, quite affordable also. There is also no hard sell for add-ons. Really great place.
