Staff is very welcoming and warm. They will spend time to find appointments that fit your schedule. Jazzy is an all-star massage therapist. She recognizes areas of tightness and works through any problem making you feel relaxed and rejuvenated.

I randomly booked this massage through groupon. When I called to schedule the appointment, they told me who they had available. I booked with Rick and he was amazing. If I lived in the area, I would definitely visit often. Rick is a great massage therapist! Highly recommend.

It was easy to schedule my appointment online with my preferred massage therapist. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and I was greeted with a smile and our interaction was very courteous. My massage was amazing - as always - and I added the aromatherapy which was a pleasantly relaxing experience. Overall, I had a great experience with Elements Walnut Creek and I look forward to my next visit.

The massage therapist, Judith, easily saw what my issue was and spent the session helping me to get back into balance. She is a nice person with a passion to help others feel better. I called to schedule my appointment and the person on the phone was helpful and got me scheduled. The check in process was easy. The MEMBERSHIP is very flexible and reasonably priced. Katie does an excellent job of massaging and stretching the entire body. Katies doe a great job of preparing me for my monthly visit to my chiropractor later in the day. She is always on time and available when I need her. The front desk staff is excellent as well. When I walk in, I am greeted by young ladies who actually know me and like me and do not appear to be putting on a "front". This is important! I enjoy this establishment!
I love the expectation of scheduling a monthly massage and reserving a time a few months in advance, because if left to do it on my own, I am terrible at scheduling a monthly massage for myself! And I think I'm a kinder, nicer person when I have regular massages! Elements' system of monthly massages keeps me on-track! :)
